Relief for First-Time Homebuyers in Dutchess County who did not close by June 30th
Home buyers that have been in contract since April 30th but did not close by the June 30th deadline, now have until September 30th to close and get either their $8000 or $6500 tax credit.

This will definitely help push these home buyers through. Be nice if they brought the credit back too.
